I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Competitive compensation.
    Supports flexible work location.
Provides you with all the needed tools to do your job.
Supports continued education, both at the bank and/or college of your choice.

    Cons

    Too many layers of management.
    Difficult to get approval/decisions.
    Too much red tape.
Management talked about work life balance, but did not support it with actions.

    Advice to Management

Streamline projects. Minimize reporting. As a program manager I spent half my time reporting up... simply not efficient.
