Your career will be what you make of it, tons of hard work. It was not easy however the upside was tremendous

Advice to Management

No complaints the company is in good hands with it's current senior leadership.

    Pros

    Coworkers are generally nice and easy going; many events are organized for all new hires especially for the first year since started, there are many good learning sessions indeed

    Cons

    Hardware support really depends on the team; always need to go through manager approval steps to obtain access permission to software; seat policy is a little of disappointing

    Pros

    hours, benefits, pto, family leave benefits, state of the art computer systems and resources, lots of on the job training, tuition reimbursement, adoption reimbursement, childcare reimbursement

    Cons

    bad rap in the community, downsizing branches and positions so advancement opportunities become more and more limited , nit-picky sales spreadsheet, Banker goals very short term based vs long term growth/client managing
