I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

hours, benefits, pto, family leave benefits, state of the art computer systems and resources, lots of on the job training, tuition reimbursement, adoption reimbursement, childcare reimbursement

Cons

bad rap in the community, downsizing branches and positions so advancement opportunities become more and more limited , nit-picky sales spreadsheet, Banker goals very short term based vs long term growth/client managing

Advice to Management
