I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Immediate managers seemed to care about employees. They ran contests and gave out awards to keep morale up. Personally, I was straight out of college and landed this job in the midst of the economical crisis, so I was lucky to get a job. I was...much smarter than the vast majority of my colleagues, and BofA recognized this, along with my ambition. Within months I was the SVPs sidekick and was reviewing people's work who'd been at the company for 20+ years.

    Cons

THE PAY. It's a dead end job. You can have a degree from MIT and not move up the ladder. The company's so big it's stagnant.

    Advice to Management

Make it fun. Honestly it's a dead end job so just make it fun.
