I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Great opportunities to move up if you work hard and want to climb the ranks. Great training. Great upper management.

Cons

Depending on what branch you are placed at your branch manager can help catapult you to the top or stifle your growth. This does not reflect on Bank of America as whole, but my personal experience. I've seen both ends of the spectrum at different branches I worked at.

Advice to Management

You let some non management material slip through the cracks into the branches. Time will reveal their true colors anyhow.

I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Many resources, diverse affinity groups, and time off benefits.

    Cons

Associate dissatisfaction comes from high expectations and not enough time to educate the associates on constant changes in their call flow. Constant changes to associates schedules and limited options if not able to accept the changes. Upper management did not have a good relationship with the site leader which lead to many unresolved frontline management issues.

    Advice to Management

Take the time to properly coach your associates on performance metric changes.
