    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Pay and benes are ok though you have to twist your Boss' arm to get info about a raise even after years of nothing.
Work at home process is good.

    Cons

Little focus on Associates despite what Execs say. Associates satisfaction surveys have ltitle impact as in e-commerce they have changed little over the years and each year Execs say they will work on the issues but never do. Suspect they just check off the mark on their performance appraisal for Ken. Morale is low as it seems Ken lied to shareholders about the Merrill buyout. Lots of law suits against BAC which only hurts Associates as Execs & Board continue to get stock bonuses. E-commerce is filled with imcompetent people and Execs keep changing yet bring little expertise. Defintely a company where politics are high and its who you know and NOT what you know to get ahead. Why are they not firing those folks who got us into this mess with the CountryWide and MBNA and ML buyouts? Did Ken lie to AT Cuomo in NY State? We will soon find out.

    Advice to Management

Noe really as they won't lsiten.

    Pros

    Compensation
Work life balance is good. Can work 4 days from home.

    Cons

Phone conf culture. People will not bother come to a meeting room in the same building.
If you don't look for things to do, you'll be bored.
Eat at your desk alone culture (mostly).
People inefficient in their day to day job

    Advice to Management

Cut down fat. Pay attention to the people who do the work and promote them before they leave and stop promoting noise makers.
