Approves of CEO

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

Some of us get to work from from home.
Tons of learning opportunities.
Bank of America is a great name on your resume.

Cons

Large organizations mean there is the possibility for you to get stuck in a small area of work that doesn't translate well to other companies.
Lots of competition here and its easy to have your job eliminated.

Advice to Management

Don't stay in one job for longer than 5yrs unless it's critical to the companies operation.
Find a work/life balance that makes you happy.
If you're not happy, karma will likely take your job from you, so be self-conscious and push yourself to find a new job when you start feeling "burnt out".

I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

They offer child care reimbursement and are great at relocating employees to another branch upon request.

    Cons

The pay rate was too low and the work environment was an extremely stressful one. Management persuaded women in the work place to adopt European styles when it came to hair and make up.

  2. "Overworked and under paid."

I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great amount of time off. Good facilities. Lots of work, never bored.

    Cons

Pay scale when you get redeployed. After the redeployment I manged a team but was making less than the people I was managing. Bank of America refused to increase my pay saying the position was a lateral movement.

    Advice to Management

Evaluate your employees pay and allow for exceptions when dealing with redeployements.
