I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 5 years)

Pros

The company offers great benefits
-Tuition Reimbursement
-Child Care Reimbursement
-Health care

The Company definitely trains you well and the trainings you receive help you as you move up or decide to go with another company. Ive realized how much we learn that any bank loves to hire Bank of America employees.

Cons

High expectations and metrics that have to be met.
More Work but no pay to make up for it.

Alot of people are comfortable in their positions that makes it difficult to move up .
