Advice to Management

Upper management should really pay attention to its branch managers. Don't flood associates with tools they wont use.

I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Great training ground for many types of jobs.

    Cons

They discriminate way too much; just like a southern company they gravitate to men versus women and pay their men much more than their women for the same job.

    Advice to Management

Start looking at the lay off practices that are being used; they get rid of older women and put younger men in the same position within a week of the lay off. Shame on them for not playing fair!
