I worked at Bank of America full-time

    Pros

My location was good and the pay was ok - training was good.

    Cons

Had to share desks for a while. Huge amount of people in gigantic area. Staggered breaks and lunches, so you weren't with your co-workers...just unknown people in a large caf.

    Advice to Management

Not bad, but uncomfortable sharing desks with random/unknown people, but this is not all that uncommon.

I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

They mean to get things done in a sufficient manner.

    Cons

They tend to not know who there most valuable reps are, and choose to keep, even if times you are called in the office for being reprimanded. This is the trend, getting rid of the older and bring in the new and younger people.

    Advice to Management

Some upper management needs to hold up to the values of the company, that confidentiality means just what it says. Private Information should always be protected.
