    Pros

    Fun environment to work in; have the potential to meet some great people

    Cons

    The company saw our department as an expense. Layoffs happened unexpectedly and communication about the lack of need never occurred prior.
    Nepotism exists and popularity contests don't end in high school.

    Level employees are relevant to your company's success; treat them like it.
