I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Bank of America lives its core values. Opportunities to its staff. A work place environment that is so diverse but have one common goal. - Achieve for its customers.

Cons

None that I can think of .. it has been a fluid environment. Layoffs are the only thing that gets me nervous.

    I have been working at Bank of America part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Amazing Benefits. Tuition reimbursement is payed out really fast.

    Cons

    Cutbacks are making jobs in the banking center more and more demanding with no real incentives to perform well.

    Advice to Management

    The bank is cutting jobs in the banking centers but still expect customer service scores to be top notch, scores which are based in customer wait time. You can't expect a very limited staff help every customer in a timely manner. You can't expect tellers to meet the referral goals if there is only one banker to refer to. Happy employees make for happy customer interaction and you can't expect employees to be happy if asking more of them with out additional compensation.
