    Pros

The medical is excellent, Some branches close on Saturdays and 401k contribution is a must do with this company.

    Cons

They do not give their employees enough time for training. When they need help with their training, half the market managers are more worried about their weekly goals because the amount of stress the district managers put up on them. They should care more of a long term goal with their clients.

Merrill agents are taking over the bigger accounts

    Advice to Management

    New business infrastructure:

    1. Tellers should not handle money - use automated money machines and will cut down till count and save hr cost.

    2. SSS should have 4 years as team leader (experience)

    3. DM - cut the phone calls down to half and give your M and AM time to concentrate on their branches.

    4. AM and Manager should have a better traffic client flow on their new systems.

I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Nice Benefits, Pay was far, training was good and timely, many talented individuals within the company, merit is an important aspect

    Cons

by nature the loan servicing industry is horrible, government guidelines and regulations are often intrusive into business operations. One can review many loan servicers and see a constant complaint from employees or former employees of too much change. This is not a business decision --- It is the government protecting the consumer....IF you as an individual do not like or handle change well then loan servicing is not the career you should take.

    Advice to Management

    I like this company,,,Clearer direction
