I worked at Bank of America (More than a year)

Pros

Good people at the branch I worked at. Stable workplace and great benefits, such as health.

Cons

Monotonous tasks, crazy customers, short-staffed branch required odd lunch breaks.

I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than 10 years)

They paid for my college education and offered a lot of Financial & Management Training specific to Middle Market Commercial Lending

I moved a lot for this company

I worked at Bank of America as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

You can how to deal with people that don't want to talk to you. Push through and finish the sale even if it's uncomfortable

    Cons

Internship is unpaid. However you do get to brag about the Merrill Lynch association. I would say do this for the resume building and networking. If you're a good performer, there's prospects of going on board as a FA.

    Advice to Management

Pay interns if you're profiting from leads created by interns. Give them something. Gas money, lunch money.
