Approves of CEO

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Lots of lateral movement opportunities, flexible work options, moving towards less bureaucracy and red tape.

Cons

As an app developer, I ended up working with lots of outdated technologies. Obviously this depends on the group, but many areas are very resistant to change

I worked at Bank of America as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Laid back culture; The team leaders are quite nice people; With 70,000 pay, its a great work life balance.

    Cons

Old teams with no space of young, hip individuals; The work is very uninteresting and monotonous.
