I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Downtime creates opportunity study for professional certifications which would enable you to get a better job down the road

Cons

Work heavily depends on your immediate manager, some of them are nice and engaging, others are hard to reach and work with

Advice to Management

Be more engaging, try to do things that you are responsible for, such as BERAs, rather than delegate all of it to your analysts

I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Bank of America promotes from within a good portion of the time. This allows associates to explore other opportunities within the bank at no risk to your current employment status

    Cons

The job market, especially banking, is very difficult right now. This means that many find the threat of layoffs always looming over their heads.
