I have been working at Bank of America full-time

    Pros

Benefits, flexible work schedule, opportunity for advancement

    Cons

Constant changes, poor strategic decisions made, little to no consequences for low performers, bad reporting

    Advice to Management

Executive leadership should obtain associate and mid-level management input prior to making major procedural changes. Many strategic plans implemented recently have been total failures for the very reasons all of the associates could have told you from day one. Executive leadership should also get input from mid-level management when deciding who to layoff. It doesn't make sense to get rid of top performers and keep the people that were dragging the company down. Lastly, stop KNOWINGLY using erroneous reporting. It is absolutely ridiculous to judge individual and team performance based on a report with critical errors that are known to all. Fix the reports first!
