I worked at Bank of America full-time

    Pros

Employees are presented with many career opportunities; within the bank and through relationships built with vendors, third parties, and customers alike. With enough hard work, and dedication there are opportunities to promote and explore the various lines of business.

    Cons

Working for Bank of America is a very inconsistent experience- much like the experience of the customer. While upper management has a strong direction, and established values- they are not executed consistently through the company. Mid-level management has a lot of autonomy, which can cause for varied experiences for employees. If you have a good manager, you'll have a good experience.

    Advice to Management

Provide more accountability to regional and market managers on their adherence to the company culture- not only to operations and or sales plays.
