No opinion of CEO

I worked at Bank of America part-time (More than a year)

Pros

I rotated through a couple of banks and found that experiences vary considerably by location, but for the most part people had upbeat attitudes and valued hard workers. My managers were extremely flexible working hours around changing class schedules.

Cons

Stingy with teller hourly wages. Too much emphasis on bubbly, inauthentic personalities. Training on more advanced systems and functions was pretty difficult to come by.

Advice to Management

Recognize teller strengths beyond bubbly personality and salesmanship; speed, accuracy, professionalism, and trustworthiness also greatly contribute to customer satisfaction.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good Pay, Good Benefits and a decent amount of PTO

    Cons

Lack of training, no structure to work. Im a DIL specialist but never received training for Deed in Lieu and have had my workload stripped and replaced with different files 4 times in the last 2 months. Lots of demands but no instruction on how to meet the goals they want you to achieve. No room for growth or opportunity to climb the corporate ladder

    Advice to Management

Positive feedback goes a long way. Making demands and yelling constantly only brings down the workplace moral and motivation.
