I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

You can transfer to other banking centers in different states, benefits are good.

    Cons

Micro managed company, they change their policies daily, and set the bar so high, that few people make. It's a way that they can cut costs by not having to pay bonuses or increases to make up for all of their bad business decisions.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Work hard, produce and you will find opportunity. Sophisticated work creates a lot of opportunity to expand your own skills. Also, the size of the company creates a huge opportunity to network within the bank.

    Cons

Very large environment makes it difficult to get things accomplished. The processes can be convoluted and pointless. Administrative groups seem to make process solely to create work and justify their existence.

    Advice to Management
