    I worked at Bank of America part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Short saturdays, closed on sundays and national holidays

    Cons

    Exhausting job, no management appreciation. ALWAYS understaffed in every branch and they like it that way. ALWAYS standing (for hours) and even breaks are interrupted if there is pressure in the branch. No respect for personal life. managers IQ is or very low or that they don't care.

    Advice to Management

    Advice? This company is so big that I'm not sure the board of directors even knows they have tellers on the payroll.

    Pros

    Medical benefits, flexibility when emergencies arise, the possibility of an annual raise or bonus. Majority of coworkers are friendly and trustworthy

    Cons

    Mind numbing assignments, hyperactive micromanagers. No chance of advancement within department. Managers provide little feedback on how to improve yourself

    Advice to Management

    Allow for creativity and fun to break up the MONOTONY
