"Entry level benefits with a chance to grow"

I worked at Bank of America part-time (More than a year)

Pros

Pay was based on efficiency and accuracy, so I did fairly well in a menial position. I was impressed that I was also eligible for profit-sharing and full benefits, even as a part-time employee who often worked less than twenty hours a week.

Cons

There aren't any where I currently live, otherwise I may still be working for them.

Advice to Management

The management in my division stayed just as late as I did on weekends and holidays, which was a more than symbolic gesture.

I worked at Bank of America full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Almost no management supervision, left completely on your own, except for useless weekly sales meetings

    Cons

Management is only concerned with management and their own upward mobility. They talk a great game about how concerned they are but it is 100% hot air!

    Advice to Management

Realize that without your employees you will be out of business.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good solid company, not likely to go out of business

    Cons

Probably due to the number of layoffs, people tend to hoard their knowledge to make themselves irreplaceable. If you don't ask the right question to the right person, then you get nothing. Almost everyone, including the programmers, appears to be a Director or an MD, so they can legitimately ignore you on the grounds they're too busy.

    Advice to Management

Create some stability. Don't fire people every time the stock price drops...
