Pretty good benefits, pretty stable, good work life balance.

Cons

Small raises, small incentives. Many have a "lucky to be employed" mindset.

Advice to Management

Give associates better performance incentives.

    Gluttonous at the middle management level
    Poor judgement on the executive level

    Advice to Management

    Keep investing in your employees. Thin out at the middle management level. Staff up your operations departments. Re-engineer your corporate culture to be less resistant to change and less prone to territoriality.
