Disapproves of CEO

Pros

Pretty good benefits. A lot of brillant, talented people working there. Always seeking to introduce new products although sometimes not everybody is up to speed as to how the products work.

Cons

Extremely bureaucratic. Always trying to do things the cheapest way possible, even at the expense of client satisfaction. Yet management still claims that the client is number one.

Advice to Management

You need to look at the competition and some of the competitive advantages the bank is giving them in the name of cost control

    Pros

Endless opportunity to advance if you work hard.

    Cons

The Bank will let you work yourself into the ground if you're willing... and pay you as little as possible in the process.

    Advice to Management

Compensate your employees better for their hard work and don't make them leave your company to a competitor for better compensation. Retain your human capital, they are your greatest assets.
