I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

great place to start a banking career but not the right place for growth.

    Cons

poor company culture - managers are hands off in your development

    Advice to Management

find managers that are invested in the growth of their employees. Then only can they earn the large bonuses.

I worked at Bank of America full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Location was convenient to where I lived. Managers and team leaders were amazing. The atmosphere was very laid back. I loved working for this company. Unfortunately I was laid off, but am very open to working for BOA again.

    Cons

    None. I loved working here.
