    Pros

    Bank of America has excellent benefits, excellent pay, and a lot of perks. Good people. Excellent co-workers. One of the best experiences of my life. Probably had a lot to do with the particular dept I was in because I have heard horror stories from other depts.

    Cons

    The cons are the normal you would expect in any call center. Team leaders are stressed out, especially during the pandemic. Plus whenever there is movement of employees, either by transfer, retirement or whatever, it always causes stress and delays. Then of course the very nature of a call center guarantees there will be issues and lots of them with upset customers.
