    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

When I began, compensation was fair and the schedule was flexible in order to accommodate my school schedule. As time passed, schedule flexibility ended and bonus compensation for exceeding goals continually decreased.

    Cons

Sitting for 8-10 hours at a stretch with little opportunity to move is hard on the body. Lots of people with health issues. Company is not pro-employee. Maine also closed branches and laid off different departments after stating this would not happen.

    Advice to Management

Invest more in employees in the U.S. Have a more health-friendly environment.

  2. "Poor Management in Pittsburgh, nepotism and age discrimination"

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Coworkers are great and your peers work together despite management incompetence. The helping between coworker, not management, is how we learn. The information gathered is shared and taught to management.

    Cons

Nepotism and management friends are promoted and kept in Pittsburgh office and anyone over the age of 50 are not involved and are first to go on layoffs. The pay increases are not distributed fairly, they are usually across the board no matter your review. An excellent review may be made but you are told you are at top of salary en when you question senior management all they say is you should not be told that and will not give salary range.

    Advice to Management

Be honest and fair to employees and look at them as individuals without regard to age. If the government went to look at productivity they keep but it is not approved by senior management and people were let go in layoffs by productivity that were older, more pay and younger, less paid employees were kept with less productivity there would be severe penalties to be levied against BAC
