I have been working at Bank of America full-time

    Pros

Bank of America has always taken care of me as an associate. They value each member and are always looking to hire within

    Cons

There are no cons that seem to stand out to me worth telling. like working for any large corporation there will be some cons but that comes with any professional environment.

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good hourly pay( $14.13). Great benefits( Aetna) and vacation package (10 sick days and 3 weeks vacay)

    Cons

They paint this pretty picture for you on how to make soooo much money in commission and it's absolutely false. You're pretty much tricking people all day to do balance transfer and direct deposits. These people are calling in to pay their bill or service their account and your whole motive is to pressure them into borrowing money of their card. You sit in this special Que. and are forced to make money off them. If you don't make your numbers you won't last. Run as fast as you can. The turnover rate is high! They have a training class every month. This should tell you something

    Advice to Management

I have nothing to say to management ......
