I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Flexible work schedules and pay but happiness does hinge on who you work for.
People are great to work with and open to constructive criticism.

    Cons

Mortgage industry has taken a beating and B of A has been the poster child. Benefits are a bit high considering the size of the company and who knows what impact obamacare will have long term.
    Technology infrastructure is convoluted.

    Advice to Management

Adopting a cross-functional mindset so that employees are given the opportunity to flow between 3 core operations -mortgage, wealth management, banking.
