No opinion of CEO

I have been working at Bank of America full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Great environment to work, nice people, great place to move around different areas and get experience. Good benefits and good management.

Cons

the Salary is really low compared to other companies, and the annual increase is also low. Procedures are always changing.

I worked at Bank of America full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Corporate Culture and vision - technology, products and services available for clients and customers

    Cons

Local (mid MI) employees are VERY poor. Very resistant to change, still try to operate like they did 20-30 years ago. Most refuse to adapt to changes, most famous line heard is "that's not the way we used to do things". Not suprised BofA sold all the local branches, just suprised they put up with the poor performance for so long.

  2. "Great opportunity for students!"

    Pros

The benefits are amazing. Health care, dental care and vision . They Also help you with paying for school. Its a great environment to be in. The recruiters are so kind and patient. They work with you and are very professional.

    Cons

The 300+ repetitive question assessment, the long process to become employed ; It takes about a month for them to finish the whole process to get you permanently hired.
