    Pros

    Good benefits for a job.

    Cons

Countrywide mentality, countrywide stupid leadership, need to know basis mentality, overwork, mandatory overtime, expendable employees, but it's a job and someones got to do it. Promotions for countrywide friends and family.

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the countrywide management all across the board.

Current Employee - Anonymous Employee in Westlake Village, Los Angeles, CA
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Several departments to which you can transfer. Relaxed environment. Casual dress on Fridays. Open to adhering to schedule requests. Colleagues good source of information and collaboration.

    Cons

Management does not know how to manage and seemingly keep "secrets" from the employees in what looks like incompetence. The people who get promoted to not deserve it, while at the same time the people who work extremely hard basically go unnoticed despite praise received from managers who work in other departments.

    Advice to Management

Learn how to manage properly and be fair; no promotions or bumps in salary to people who have not earned it.
