    Pros

Great benefits, great vacation, holidays off

    Cons

This department in particular is not a good department to work for. I have personally worked in better areas other than check fraud. Management team does not care about the associates. They don't speak, or interact with their team. They do not acknowledge you unless you are the favorite list. They don't value good associates instead they reward the same associates every month with the worse attitudes. If you have a problem and take it to management, they tell you they will handle it and instead of coaching whomever you have the problem with, they try to think of a way to cover it up and turn on you. The department is hiring more and more hispanic associates not giving other races a chance to be successful. They have seniors who have the worst attitudes and are not very helpful.

    Advice to Management

Come to the department to see what is really going on, when you do we will all dress up for you and act like we are a happy family in the town hall meetings but trust me, it is far from that. Our managers do not care about us, they would rather get the associates out who they feel are problems instead of facing the issues. Save the 360 Coaching for the managers!!!!!!!!
