    Great

    Pros

Bank of America took the pandemic very seriously, and by far were the best employer when it came to safety and having a standard protocol. Management is very straight forward, and the work culture really depends on the people you work with. However, it's hard to move up.

    Cons

    I don't have any cons

Great Corporate Company To Work For

    Pros

Culture: The culture is overall great. Like with any working office, there will be some drama, but people are generally overall easygoing. You will always have some outliers here and there. But definitely not toxic at all. It's very inclusive of all ethnic backgrounds. Respect is highly encouraged. Management: The managers are great. It puts a lot of focus on employees well being. If you're not happy about something, they will do something about it to make it work for you. Career Growth: Management will work with you to grow your career and to move into other roles that you want to go into. It's a very openly discussed conversation and highly encouraged too, which is rare in most corporate companies. Benefits: The benefits are fair. Example: Benefits such as 401K match, and other discounts with other retailers are fairly good. Wide variety of health and insurance options that are affordable. They offer reasonable child care reimbursements for working mothers and 3-4 months off for paternity leave. If there is a death in the family, the company does go above and beyond to help financially.

    Cons

Do not compare Tech Company salary with Bank Company salary. Having that said, the salary is not competitive even compared with other corporate banks. Not by a long shot. So if the salary is the driving factor to determine whether you want to work for BofA, I highly recommend that you reconsider. You may be disappointed.
