    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Senior managers demonstrate a strong interest in guiding incoming professionals toward professional success, both within BAC and your own career development. The MBA LDP gives interns the opportunity to move on to a full-time rotational program where you can "try on" different roles and find the right group for you. I made several invaluable friendships and professional connections during my three month internship alone.

    Cons

My direct manager didn't seem comfortable working with MBAs - which made me wonder why he wanted to be assigned one in the first place.

    Advice to Management

While the MBA Leadership Development Program rocks, make sure you assign interns to managers who want them.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Interview process was fairly easy. Most of the training is done at the branch.

    Cons

Extremely high sales goals with little bonuses paid to associates. Some branch managers are clueless about sales and refuse to pay overtime.

They hire too many associates without college degrees.

    Advice to Management

Please know that our jobs are mainly customer service. We have to balance this with meeting sales goals. CMM's and CME's, please spend more time with the associates when you travel to the branches instead of spending time with the branch managers on why they haven't hit their sales goals for the quarter.
