Difficulty progressing to the next level Insufficient training for managers, little to no training around HR issues Very little HR support for managers seems employees have more rights than managers Culture of legacy employees creates barriers to entry for newer staff and isn’t recognized as one but truly makes it difficult to work here No incentive pay for manager and annual bonus is based on discretion Staffing model is set to be understaffed and yields no room for time off vacation planning or sickness
