Pros
The company in general is a great company to work for. They do care about employee's well being and work life balance are taken seriously. They constantly strive to satisfy employees. I have seen HR take employee concerns seriously. If you feel bullied or mistreated, HR will work with the individual till they are satisfied. My HR colleague also confirms this. Diversity & Inclusion is high on the company's priority list. They are pushing for diversity in every line of business throughout the bank. If you apply, the chances of you getting hired is high.
Cons
Compensation is not as high compared to its peer companies. Tip: If you're new in the banking world, I would recommend starting off here and working for a couple of years and switching to its competitor for an avg 30-60% increase in salary. Then come back after another two years and watch your salary triple. Staying within the same company will NOT help you with your compensation, no matter how many band levels you jump, it will always be low. Definitely switch between companies, not within, if salary is a major concern for you. You're welcome.
