    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Benefit package makes the job appealing
Starting at a teller position, its a great stepping stone for other opportunities
    There is opportunity for advancement

    Cons

    Turnover rate was high
    Highly structured company, micromanaging
Tellers are underpaid for the work they do
    District managers were not personable.

    Advice to Management

Encourage career advancement as well as life advancement. Banking center managers seemed to be stretched as they were required to be at the center outside of their normal 40-45 hour work week. Stressed and stretched managers are not beneficial to the productivity and success of the entire banking center.
