    good reward, good benefit on your job, stable working status, friendly working atmosphere, good development, th bank is expanding, so loads of oppotunities

    Cons

    working style is rigid , nothing specific i think is a disadvantage. if there is one, i ll say little hard to get promoted

    Middle managers could be a bit more forthcoming with information and recognizing genuine performance; not just for those that they "like".
