    Pros

    Learning curve, possibility of learning through internal and external courses, wide range of facilities available, great flexible benefit scheme and pension, excellent work-life balance, great career opportunities in the private sector

    Cons

    Salary (much lower than same peers in the private sector), career path very structured and slow, sometimes under utilized by the management
