"Lots of office politics, pay is real low. If you're not in with management, don't even think about getting a promotion."

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

There really isn't any except for the 401k match.

    Cons

too many incompetent managers, never take responsibility and passes on the buck. Salary is really really low, on top on that, no annual wage increase unless you get a promotion. With a promotion, you get only 3% raise. Ridiculous, if you get a corporate title such as officer, assistant vice president, or vice president, you get a 6% increase.

    Advice to Management

Need to give credit due to employees, need to seriously rethink the compensation of the employees if management wants to retain talent.

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Hands down the workers that enjoy teamwork and carry the Aloha spirit in all they do, makes working here fantastic!

    Cons

Old mindsets = old systems= non-adaptability. Compliance has also turned into "Police" instead of actually helping to get the work done. Management is unaware of what they need to do to inflict healthy change into their organization.

    Advice to Management

If you begin to pull aside team members that have a "spark" and talk to them about what changes need to be made, you'd be surprised that the answers you're looking for are probably at your fingertips.
