I have been working at Banner Health as an intern (More than a year)

Pros

She sat in her chair and didn't stand to introduce herself or to talk to me.

Cons

I spent almost 2 years in clinical rotations from school at Banner facilities. I am a 4.0 GPA dedicated nurse. I was told that " I was a new grad." Truth is I am a RN/Case Manager and work in a much more difficult environment than a hospital. Yet this HR representative claimed I have no experience. She then told me that she has 100's of application's for every job. SO I asked her why she was here recruiting then? She was rude and nasty. I will never apply or try to work at a Banner Facility

Advice to Management

Never will I, a superior nurse. Excelling in my field. Ever apply again for work with a Banner Facility.

I worked at Banner Health full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

The company has a good benefits package and a well managed 401K,

    Cons

The management does not respect the opinions of its employees. When I worked there I was not supported by the management. I worked as a Hospital Unit Coordinator and if I wanted to take a lunch break there was no one to cover my position. That meant call lights went unanswered and phone calls did not always get picked up. All work piled up at my desk until I came back,

    Advice to Management

Support you unit clerks with someone to take their place when they go on their lunch break.

I have been working at Banner Health full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Right now I can not think of anything

    Cons

Cutting salaries, benefits and bonuses while building new hospitals and clinics.

    Advice to Management

Listen to the nurses. They are the one who are in the trenches
