I have been working at Banque Nationale du Canada full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

Great place to work, good employee benefits. Bank account, credits, cards, mortgages, insurance, shares purchase; from 0.1 to 8% of gross salary (the bank gives you 25% of the amount purchased every month).

Cons

Medium size bank that is too concentrated in Quebec.

    Pros

Friendly atmosphere, intellectually rigorous, stress on work-life balance (compared to other banking institutions), pay in-line with Canadian average, long-term oriented employment (expect to stay for the long-haul if you can prove your worth)

    Cons

Amenities for employees wanting, sense of belonging to organization feeble, extremely Quebec-dominated (not enough internationalization, even for globally oriented departments), austere with respect to facilities.
