    Pros

    Good salary.
Have a good available leave days (21 days minimum for permanent)
Depending on the team, you might get quite flexible working hours

    Cons

Not a safe place to work and build career.
Practice regular employee layoff (they are not concern on retaining employee).
Depending on the team / department you might get a lot of overtime work.

    Advice to Management

Treat people with respect (don't just treat them like numbers) and they will treat you back with loyalty.
Job security is what most people value, unfortunately it is not the value that barclays give high regard.
