I have been working at Barnes & Noble as a contractor (More than a year)

Pros

They have pretty decent benefits for part time and full time employees. As well there are many different locations so its pretty easy to transfer.

Cons

Low start pay depending on the location. Long hours open till ten on weekdays.

Advice to Management

Pay attention to and reward your hardworking employees.
