Pros
There are no pros. The pay which some people think is great really doesn't make up for the stress. For a healthcare facility the health insurance is free for you, but try adding your family. It's expensive. Flex time doesn't really mean much because most businesses these days accept that people have busy schedules that might conflict with your work schedule. They really make it seem like they are giving you something special when they talk about the flex time. Oh, and last but not least don't expect a Christmas bonus from these cheap people that drive a different car for everyday of the week. Oh and one more don't and I repeat don't wear a skirt to work unless you're in good with management because you will be sent home.
Cons
Where do I start? For one, believe all the negative comments as they are mostly true. Except for the few people that "kiss up" to the management everyone else is miserable. The moral of this company is at an all time low. Co-workers are quick to throw you under the bus, and management isn't open to suggestions. Very toxic, and stressful work environment. Most people that work here haven't been here that long. If you notice there's an ongoing employment ad running for positions here, and talking about positions the owner was caught in a bad one with one of the nurses. If I wasn't so desperate for a job I would have left already.
