    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

One can get creative in helping customers, good benefits.

    Cons

Atmosphere at work depends completely upon how a store manager manages the place. While I was there, it was not a happy place to work.

    Advice to Management

District Managers should at least once in a while get feedback from design consultants about the work environment and what should be changed, instead of communicating only with store managers.

    Pros

Good training. Overall decent coworkers ( the best part, makes the job more tolerable)

    Cons

So profiit oriented to the point of shooting themselvs in the foot. Designers have to quote 2-4 weeks delivery time on furniture that is stocked in Riverside distribution Center (2 Hour drive from the warehouse). Now we can't even admit to customers that furniture comes from Riverside instead we have to say West Coast Warehouse to make it sound better. This is not the worst, the owners overextended themself by opening way too many stores that are not profitable and now everyone has to pay for it.

    Advice to Management

    R E S P E C T your employees.
