Bay State Search helped me find a position working in Finance in Boston. I was having some trouble find a position after graduating (even with a degree in economics), and Bay State Search scheduled an interview with me to meet me in person. They got me an interview a week later at my current company and I got hired immediately! If you are looking for help finding a job soon you should meet with them and see if they can help you the same way.

I was a little bit skeptical if using an agency would work, since I was unfamiliar, and this was a nervous feeling at first. Everything ended up working out great so not much of a con, but thought I should mention that if anyone feels the same way. I love my job now that they helped me get so it's hard to think of any true negatives.
