    Pros

The company did allow for a pretty relaxed work environment in which it was stringent upon a dress code nor a strict schedule

    Cons

Where to start: Menial pay-I have a graduate degree and friends with no college education make more, no benefits-(well you can opt for some benefits if you want to forfeit the equivalent of two paychecks), no management skills of managers rarely did employees know what they were supposed to be doing and communication was rare. Do not take any suggestions from employees and are threatened by someone with a higher education level than themselves. Gave two week notice and was let go the next morning getting to work and had only made it two steps out of vehicle.

    Advice to Management

Offer management classes to managers teach them how to manage people. You have people in place that have great knowledge but no management skills. Additionally, treat workers with some respect we are more than just a source of labor for your company. Any signs of appreciation would be greatly welcomed. Lose the attitude of how superior management believes they are. Hire within from people who work hard to improve the company.

    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Company values and the value in that we do good things for our patients.

    Cons

Too many processes, too many systems, lack of communication by talking....everything is email and text messages. People need to talk to one anoither. Next biggest isse is the blame game, hight level management blamses all issues one next line

    Advice to Management

really pay attention to your senior managers and directors - they have the pulse they have the action, and they do miost of your work. Reinhardt needs to spend more time at Berekeley. Go find out why 5 great Quality people were let go without a warning letter or an opportunity to make it rtght....just fired. There has been a Great Esvcape of Quality individuals in the group. He needs to find out why. Besides lay-offs, terminations, resignations.....ask why such a large group has gone within a year. Not the same place it was-----will be very difficult to get the spiriti of the group back!! Some big mistakes were made my ONE person......maybe that's a good place to start looking????
