    Disapproves of CEO

    Pros

Very flexible scheduling, generous benefits and it is easy to take time off. If you are looking for a place that is not high pressure, then this place is for you.

    Cons

Very process driven organization that does not reward or encourage innovation. Rule by consensus building makes it very difficult to make changes.

    Advice to Management

Present opportunities and training to middle management in order to avoid knowledge vacuums. Don't put people in charge of projects just because they have spare time.
