    Neutral Outlook

I worked at Bayer as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

PDS designers of all disciplines that have had the pleasure (and, to be real, the occasional safety concern) to work in the Baytown facility have enjoyed the frequent thanks and appreciation of all project level (and up) personnel in the plant, just for working there at all. Kudos to the one place I would go back to over and over again to work in this business. Also, they will work with you on work hours, as they know most folks in the biz come out from Houston. Five eights? Four tens? Any way it fits your life!

    Cons

No smoking areas within the plant - you have to leave the property just to light up. This can take upwards of five - seven minutes from desk to outside the plant. Also, no covered parking.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the good work.
