    Good development opportunities, caring supervisors, global job opportunities, high degree of professionalism. I would join the company again if a suitable opportunity arises.

    Cons

    Slow, not always competent management, high degree of complexity and internal politics. It is hard for outsiders which are not used to deal with a global conglomerate.

    Have an eye on what the competition does with regards to processes, speed and benefits

    Retain and cherish your highly skilled and scientific , research and development team . They are your most valuable resources and not liabilities . Cutting them down is equals to blunting the organizations Hi-Tech edge in healthcare.
