    Pros

Be a part of key projects for the community
Focus on patient care / patient experience
    Work/life balance is good

    Cons

Slow to adopt necessary means of technology to boost production.
Promotes the favorites, not necessarily the most deserving or most experienced.
Senior leadership micromanages employees. Lack of trust across the board.
Pay is TERRIBLE, but the experience is good. It's tough to juggle that longterm unless you are content to just have a "job" to go to, which seems to be the case for people at a certain point in their career, but not the case for most young people; thus, the young talent leaves.

    Advice to Management

Invest in technology instead of talking about doing it.
Provide better compensation. This is a MUST. The pay is laughable.
Don't micro-manage to the point that workers can only go to lunch between 11:30 and 12:30, as if we work on an assembly line. Running a tight ship is one thing, but being flexible in the right ways is what builds a good work environment.
